| I installed an outlet inside the cabinet and everything will plug into it. The outlet is switched so that the lightswitch on the front is set to power the whole cab. The computer is set to 'turn on after power loss' so when the power is switched off, everything shuts down and when the power comes back on, the computer thinks youve had a power outage and it turns itself back on. Configuring the computer this way eliminated the need to wire a seperate switch for the computer power. Now the buttons are all hooked up, i loaded up Link to the Past on SNES for a test run. Navigating the menus and loading a game was a breeze. I used AdvanceMenu for my frontend, i like it for its customizability. You can sort by what system you want to play and every game can have a little snapshot to help you pick what you want to play. I use AdvanceMame for my Mame emulator because it allows you to change resolution during the game in case you load something and it doesnt look quite right. Very easy to navigate with a joystick and buttons too. I decided to test out my controls since i had my computer here and everything worked fine, i played a little Street Fighter 2 | ||||||||||
